I stumbled upon this company I hadn’t heard of before, but I decided to give it a shot after seeing some awesome reviews. I placed an order for a game over the weekend, and by Sunday, I got a message saying it was delayed by a day getting to their warehouse (considering the royal mail strikes, it’s understandable). Just two days later, I received a dispatch notification saying it was on its way, and the game showed up the very next day (on release day, no less). Somehow, they managed to make up for that lost day. However, I noticed that an accessory (a small Lego figure) was missing from the game, so I reached out to the shop. They picked up right away, and the lady I spoke to was super nice, polite, and honestly provided outstanding customer service. She apologized, clarified the situation, and reassured me it wasn’t their fault. The next day, the Lego figure was delivered. The reason I’m sharing all this is to highlight how this company went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Such excellent customer service is hard to come by these days; it felt personal and truly exceptional. I can’t recommend them enough—top-notch store and staff!

I purchased the Sam Kerr edition of FIFA 23 for my son, who’s a huge Chelsea supporter, from Down the High Street, but instead, we got a version featuring Mbappe on the cover. I reached out to DTHS, but they didn’t get back to me at all.

When The Chelsea Gamer found out about the mix-up, they jumped right in to help by offering a return and a replacement. Unfortunately, I couldn’t go for that since the game had already been played! So, they kindly provided a gesture of goodwill for my son that he’s gonna love.
